Жилищный кооператив с необычным названием появился в 2014 году. Созданию некоммерческого объединения пайщиков предшествовала тщательная работа юридического отдела компании, который изучал многолетнюю историю кооперации в нашей стране. Бизнесмен стремился создать организацию, которая бы отвечала потребностям людей и действовала в полном соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации. Не секрет, что жилищный вопрос — одна из главных российских проблем. Молодежь вынуждена либо жить с родителями, либо тратить солидную часть своего дохода на аренду квартиры. После рождения детей семья стремится приобрести собственную жилплощадь, но ипотека доступна далеко не всем.
